Susan Waterfield is the retired president of The Waterfield Group, a consulting firm that worked with many organizations in Canada and internationally. Her focus was on governance, public sector reform, organizational design, effectiveness and transformation, workplace harassment and discrimination investigations, labour relations negotiations and program and performance evaluation.

Prior to establishing the Waterfield Group, Susan worked for 32 years the Ontario Government in 11 different Ministries and Central Agencies. Her last position was Associate Secretary of Cabinet for Leadership and Deputy Minister of Government Restructuring.

Susan’s volunteer commitment is extensive, serving on boards in the mental health, child development and health sectors.

Gabe has over 20 years of strategy experience, through various corporate strategy roles and management consulting.  Gabe currently is Senior Vice-President, Strategy, and leads the Corporate Strategy team at Great-West Lifeco (“Lifeco”). Gabe and his team provide strategy advisory services across Lifeco’s portfolio of market-leading businesses (Canada Life, Irish Life, Empower and Putnam) in Canada, Europe and the US.

Prior to Lifeco, Gabe led the Corporate Strategy team at Direct Energy.  Gabe started his strategy career at Bain & Company and prior to Bain, Gabe was a lawyer, specializing in insurance and commercial litigation.  He holds a B.Sc. in Molecular Genetics & Molecular Biology from the University of Toronto and a J.D. from Western University (London, Canada).

Ana Tomas is a marketing professional with over a decade of experience leading some of Canada’s most beloved brands. In her current role as Head of Small Medium Business, Export, and Grow with Google Marketing at Google Canada she partners with businesses and learners to support their digital adoption journey helping them build the skills they need to achieve their full potential. Prior to her role at Google Canada, Ana led multiple portfolios at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health.

Grounded in her passion for continuous learning and supporting the development of future Marketing leaders, Ana teaches Marketing Management at her alma mater; The Schulich School of Business at York University where she earned her iBBA and MBA degrees.

Ricardo Stanford is the Managing Director and Global Head of Business Management at RBC Capital Markets. He leads a global team across multiple geographies which under his leadership, is responsible for the development and execution of global business strategies that enable sustained business performance. He is member of the firms Canadian Diversity Leadership Council and responsible for ensuring that RBC’s commitment to diversity and inclusion is and remains part of the culture.

Outside of work, Ricardo is actively involved in the community and supports local and global charities such as Habitat for Humanity’s International Global Village Program and being a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto.

Helen is currently the CEO of AMS Healthcare.  Helen is also the chair of the board of Public Health Ontario and is a distinguished fellow at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy.

Helen’s 30-year progressive career in the public sector included 20 years working in the Government of Ontario, with a tenure from 2018 to 2021 as Ontario’s Deputy Minister of Health and led the health response to the Covid-19 pandemic as well as an ambitious health sector modernization agenda.  During her time with the Ontario Government, Helen also served as the Deputy Minister of Treasury Board; Citizenship, Immigration and international Trade, Seniors Affairs and Women’s Issues.

Neil Hetherington joined Daily Bread Food Bank as CEO in January 2018. Neil began his career in project management at Tridel Construction.

In 2000, he made a career change by joining Habitat for Humanity Toronto, at the time as the youngest CEO of a Habitat affiliate in the world. Neil’s non-profit experience includes CEO of Habitat for Humanity in Toronto, and then New York City, and CEO of Dixon Hall.

Neil holds degrees or certificates from the University of Western Ontario – Huron College, Seneca College, Harvard Business School and the University of Virginia – Darden Business School. He obtained his MBA from the University of Western Ontario’s Ivey Business School in 2013.

Andrew Grenville is a 35+ year research veteran who has conducted an extensive amount of research on research, with a focus on the respondent experience, survey simplification and sample quality. He is the author of Eureka! the science and art of insights and The Insights Revolution: Questioning Everything. He has also published numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters in the areas of sociology, research methods and medicine, and has been quoted in many publications, including The Economist.

Andrew is Senior Strategist at Ensemble Strategies, and was Chief Research Officer of Angus Reid Group, Maru/Matchbox, Vision Critical and Ipsos Health.

Andy Hollenberg retired after more than 30 years in financial services, the last 22 as an insurance executive with Chubb Insurance (previously ACE Insurance). Operated multiple and varied businesses spanning wide geographies. Participated on multiple Boards under varied regulatory regimes. Lived in Canada, US, UK and Japan and has an incredible family that adapted well to change.

Andy has always strived to be actively involved in the community: whether coaching or volunteering. Most recently he was a member of the Toronto Grace Health Centre’s Board of Trustees and in addition to serving on The Salvation Army National Advisory Board is currently on the Board at Bayview Golf and Country Club.
