Emma Richmond Joins the Greater Vancouver Advisory Board
Emma Richmond, CEO coach and TEC Forum chair, was officially appointed to the Greater Vancouver Advisory Board on March 24.
Bringing more than 20 years of experience in communications, marketing, international business development and management, Emma has worked closely with senior leaders across a range of industries.
Emma leads an executive peer advisory group for presidents, CEOs, founders, executives and business owners, creating a confidential environment where leaders can learn from one another, strengthen their leadership capabilities and navigate complex business challenges. Her approach to leadership development integrates principles from positive psychology, neuroscience and mindfulness, helping leaders cultivate clarity, resilience and purposeful decision-making.
Having started her career in London, England, in marketing and public relations, Emma came back to Vancouver and launched a market research agency called The Sound that grew to seven international offices. After seven years as CEO, she stepped back to do her master’s degree in industrial psychology and trained in leadership assessments to consult and work to build stronger leadership teams. She then joined TEC as chair and works with 11 CEOs and 11 executives to provide coaching and peer advisory.
Emma is honoured to serve on the advisory board of The Salvation Army and to support its mission of providing hope, dignity and practical assistance to those in need.
