Salvation Army Shelter Saves a Life (WATCH)

Joseph had $30 in his bank account when he turned to The Salvation Army in Windsor for help. Alone and homeless, he was given a roof over his head and the supports to turn his life around. “I had no one to help me,” says Joseph. “The Salvation Army literally saved my life.”
