Winnipeg Centre of Hope Outreach

At the Winnipeg Centre of Hope outreach workers Steven Halldorson and Erin Guidolin share how their work helps people dealing with chronic homelessness.

Since October 2025, 191 people have moved into the Centre of Hope’s transitional housing, 103 of those people came from encampments. Between October 2025 and May 2026 The Salvation Army in Winnipeg has helped 88 people find permanent housing.
