Children in Mississauga will have gifts under the tree this Christmas, thanks to an extra special delivery from Musket Transport. A company driver dressed as Santa recently brought a truck load of toys to The Salvation Army Mississauga Community Church, as part of the Peel Police Toys for Tots campaign.

“This year 2,300 children from 800 families will have a Merry Christmas and a gift under the tree. We’re grateful for Musket’s support of The Salvation Army in Mississauga and the Toys for Tots campaign,” says Joel Binner, Director of Community and Family Services at Mississauga Community Church.

For the last five years, Mississauga-based Musket has stored and transported toys, gift cards and food from the company’s warehouse for distribution to local families assisted by The Salvation Army.

“This donation is amazing, and we’re thankful for Musket’s storage and transportation of toys to help The Salvation Army provide gifts to children this Christmas,” Joel says.
