Volunteer Appreciation

Our volunteers are a valuable asset to Lakeview Manor and cheerfully help out in many areas from cooking classes, exercises, bus trips, calling out bingo, chapel services, Community Council, and mainly being with our residents one-on-one to read or just talk. We definitely would be lost without ALL our volunteers and appreciate their time and their love for our residents.

Every year we celebrate our volunteers with a ‘Thank You’ tea and in this small way try to impress on them how special they are to everyone here at the Manor.  Unfortunately, due to the COVID pandemic, we have been unable to gather with our volunteers for the past couple of years.  We truly do appreciate everything they do to enhance the lives of our residents.
