Every March, dietitians across the province remind us of the importance of healthy eating and the positive impact nutrition has on our health and well-being.

The public campaign is dedicated to unlocking the potential of food; helping others realize the potential of food to fuel, discover, prevent, heal and bring us together. This years’ National Nutrition Month is focused on enhancing the lives and improving the health of people in our community.
