Fresh from the farm.

Through a joint collaboration between First Baptist Church Youth Group (The Arc) & The Penticton Salvation Army Community Kitchen, youth groups have been picking an abundance of delicious fruits and berries.  This harvest season, blueberries, cherries and apricots have been picked with peaches, pears, apples, tomatoes, carrots, garlic and peppers all coming soon!

The Community Kitchen will be hosting 12 different canning tutorials over the next few months with all participants looking forward to learning more and I’m sure, sampling some of the finished goods in the end!
