Santa Shuffles Through Vancouver

Saturday, December 4th marked the 20th Annual Salvation Army Santa Shuffle Fun Run & Elf Walk at Lumberman’s Arch in Stanley Park.  Proving to be a beautiful clear day with the sun shining and the snow covered mountains providing the perfect backdrop, the 5km run and 1km walk raised both awareness and funds for local Salvation Army services and programs during the Christmas season and throughout the year.

The Santa Shuffle Fun Run & Elf Walk spans across the country touching 37 communities with the number of participants increasing year by year.   This year there were over 600 participants alone in Vancouver.
