As an EDS volunteer, you will be supported through a robust training program that includes micro-learning and social learning, combined with online and in-person training.

In addition to traditional instructor-led sessions, our curriculum will introduce diverse delivery formats such as webinars and tabletop exercises. Learners can choose from specialized learning streams that align with their personal interests and desired roles, allowing them to build knowledge and take on greater responsibilities within EDS.

This multi-modal, learner-centric approach is designed to be not only educational but also engaging-providing a richer, more rewarding volunteer experience. Ultimately, this initiative aims to strengthen long-term volunteer commitment and readiness across our teams.
