The Salvation Army welcomes poetry teacher, Dvora Levin, to the Addictions & Rehabilitation Centre in Victoria.  Levin will host her poetry classes starting on March 7th and then on each Wednesday for 2 months or as needed from 10 – 11:30am.

The classes will be of significant value to the clients at ARC, offering emotional support in addition to a new skill through a new or renewed interest in poetry and writing.  It is with great hope that those in attendance will develop the confidence to express themselves in a positive, creative and constructive manner.

Levin has successfully taught these classes at PEERS and Rock Bay Landing Shelter and from those classes she was able to produce a book Voices from The Edge.
