The Newfoundland and Labrador Division welcomed new leaders in August. The Welcome and Installation Service took place on Sunday, August 21, 2016 at the Gander Citadel. Sunday, August 21, 2016, 6:30 p.m. Gander Citadel, Lt.-Colonels Eddie and Genevera Vincent will be welcomed and installed as the new leaders for The Salvation Army Newfoundland and Labrador Division.
