The 2010 Santa Shuffle in Saskatoon was a big success.

Participants raised more than $8,000 for families in need – the highest ever for Saskatoon. That equals more hope and support for families in need, including Christmas dinner and toys under the tree.

Despite very chilly weather, the Santa Shuffle was fun and festive. After the run, participants warmed up with coffee, cocoa and snacks, while special guests Santa and Mrs. Claus handing out prizes in categories such as fastest runner, last but not least, festive family, and top fundraisers.

Thanks to everyone who participated. Big thanks to our national sponsor All Weather Windows, the many local businesses who donated prizes, our festive volunteers, emcee Kevin Jesus from Global TV, and Lyndon and the gang at the Running Room.

The 2011 Santa Shuffle is going to be even bigger and better. We hope you’ll come along for the run!
