Annual Christmas Dinner Feeds Hundreds in Windsor
The Salvation Army Windsor Centre of Hope hosted its annual Christmas dinner at St. Clair College Centre for the Arts on Wednesday, Dec. 12.
More than one hundred volunteers served the traditional turkey dinner to about 750 people.
“This event is part of the tradition and fabric of Christmas in Windsor,” says Paul Rideout, executive director of Windsor Centre of Hope. “People living in isolation or low-income families are welcome to come out and enjoy a wonderful meal, beautiful music and fellowship.”
The Salvation Army has hosted the annual Christmas dinner for over 20 years in Windsor.
