New Divisional Leaders Welcomed

Lt. Colonels Lee & Debbie Graves were welcomed to the Ontario Great Lakes Division as the new Divisional leaders. On a stormy night in Kitchener last week, the new leaders we installed by Colonels Don and Ann Copple from Territorial Headquarters.
