Mobilize is a verb that describes preparing something—or someone—to spring into action, or to be put into use. One hundred years after the first Canadian disaster response, the Halifax Explosion, Salvation Army EDS personnel will once again descend on the “birthplace” of EDS in Canada, for Mobilize 2017.
The conference includes a special 100th Anniversary celebration at the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic on Friday, April 21st.
