Titanic Donation Helps At Risk and Homeless Youth

For more than five years, The Salvation Army’s Sutton, Ontario, youth shelter has served homeless and at risk youth of York Region.

On Saturday, February 18, 2012, The Optimist Clubs of Ontario made a titanic donation to the shelter.

Donations of pillows, blankets, toiletries, food items and cheques totaling $545 will go a long way to helping rebuild lives and restoring dignity.

In all 60 Clubs from Ontario were represented on Saturday.
