The Salvation Army continues to support communities affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The following is a round-up of some of the latest responses from The Salvation Army in Quebec.

Armed Forces veteran, Mr. Éric Rousseau, is a volunteer who delivers Salvation Army hampers to the vulnerable people who are unable to leave their homes. Thanks to Mr. Rousseau, The Salvation Army distributed 50 baskets per week.

Through a partnership with Katmivik Quebec, a youth volunteer program, four volunteers are contributing their time four days a week to support The Salvation Army’s Family Assistance Service (FAS).

In Quebec City, some families living at The Salvation Army’s Centre of Hope are spending time together and creating colourful cardboard houses. This activity is boosting their spirits during isolation.
