BARRIE, ON, The Salvation Army is issuing a warning to the residents of the Barrie area regarding a door-to-door Christmas collection scam.
Over the weekend and early this week, The Salvation Army has received complaints about an individual going door to door soliciting monetary and toy donations on behalf of The Salvation Army. This individual is NOT authorized to collect donations for The Salvation Army.
