Salvation Army Struggles with Garbage Problem

Some people are using the back of the Salvation Army Thrift Store to dump their unwanted items and garbage.
“It’s a huge issue,” said pastor Ron Ferris of the Tillsonburg Salvation Army. “It’s been a problem since we’ve been here and this is our eighth year. I don’t think it’s a problem that’s unique to us, I think every thrift store has the same problem.”
