Boys and Girls in Bali Have a Real Future—Thanks to You!
Your gifts to The Salvation Army help care for thousands of vulnerable children around the world, many of whom are orphans, have suffered abuse, lived in severe poverty or come from rural areas where there are no schools.
Marvel, 10, comes from a rural community in Bali where he had no opportunity for education. Thanks to Canadian supporters, Marvel’s future grew brighter when he came to live at the Bali Boy’s Home. Children at the Home receive nutritious meals, medical care, educational supportand guidance.
In addition, children learn valuable life skills, such as woodcrafts, cooking, baking and gardening. Marvel’s favourite activity is learning how to tie-dye shirts. Canadians currently support 13 children’s homes around the world, including Bali’s Boys’ and Girls’ Homes.
