Community and Family Services

Community and Family Services (CFS) include the majority of services offered to the public. The primary objectives of CFS facilities is to meet the basic needs of clients and give them the tools they need to break the cycle of poverty.

In Quebec, family services are available in the following cities: Montreal, Quebec, Saint-Jérôme, Trois-Rivières, Shawinigan and Sherbrooke.

CFS facilities have developed a multitude of programs and services for Quebecers in need. Depending on the region, these services may include: emergency food aid and supplies, back-to-school supplies, Christmas hampers, special activities for women, families, and more.

To learn about programs available in your region, contact your local CFS.
