COVID-19 has been a difficult time for many Quebecers. The Salvation Army is proud to partner with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada to support people in times of crisis. The need for help has never been greater, and many families continue to face new and challenging realities. Partnerships like this allow organizations such as The Salvation Army to provide critical services to those in need.

This partnership has allowed The Salvation Army in Quebec to keep all the food banks open and running throughout 2020 and 2021. Our food banks were working at full capacity to meet the needs of the communities they serve. With the support received, they were able to increase their capacity to respond to a much larger demand for food services.
