Over time, Community Services have been gradually reduced as the organization adapts to changing capacity and resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Programs previously offered in Whitehorse included emergency food assistance, the Voluntary Income Tax Program, and seasonal supports such as Christmas assistance.
