On Wednesday, July 24th, Auxiliary-Captain Arthur Heathcote of The Salvation Army Fort Frances Corps, stopped in at the local Walmart Store to say “Thank you” to Store Manager, Sherri Dyck and her employees for raising funds through the Walmart 2019 “Fight Hunger Spark Change” campaign.

Together, customers and associates at the Walmart Canada were champions for children, women, and men that experience food shortage here in Fort Frances.  Funds from this campaign were designated to The Salvation Army Food Bank and will go a long way in combating hunger in our/your community!  Thank you, Fort Frances!

“The associates at the Fort Frances Walmart, along with our customers, are big supporters in the Fight Hunger Campaign. This is a great initiative for the whole community and we are proud to support it.”

    Walmart Store Manager, Sherri Dyck.

Thank you to Walmart Canada, Wal-Mart Fort Frances, Food Banks Canada & the community for supporting #fighthungersparkchange 2019.
