Summits of Change Underway Today!

Kananaskis, AB – The day is finally here!  Today, Saturday, July 23rd more than 250 people from five provinces will attempt to summit the Opal Ridge.  This is the second Summits of Change challenge presented by World Financial Group and CHVN 95.1 FM (Winnipeg).  The Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia offices of World Financial Group are climbing the Opal Ridge in an effort to raise money that will provide a safe place for vulnerable women transitioning back into society.  This is a friendly competition between the teams with the team raising the most money earning the privilege of placing their provincial flag on the summit.
