Estevan, SK – The first ever Spring Fashion Show hosted by the Salvation Army was a HUGE success.

$850.00 was raised on April 9th to cover the sponsorship of three children overseas. It’s done through The Salvation Army Child Sponsorship Program.

The show in Estevan was a sellout with just over 80 tickets sold. 13 models participated, both male and female, ranging from 4 years old and up.  They showed approximately 41 fashions which were available for sale after the show.

Local Estevan businesses Houston Pizza, EB’s, Black Grasshopper, and Graphic Press donated door prizes, tickets and posters. Doris Weinrauch, the owner of Streetwear was the MC.

The Salvation Army wants to give everybody involved a special thank-you for Giving Hope Today.
