On Sunday, November 4th we invite you to join The Salvation Army in welcoming our new Territorial Leaders, Chief Secretary, Colonel Edward Hill and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Colonel Shelley Hill.
The welcome meeting will be held at The Salvation Army Oshawa Temple and conducted by Territorial Commander, Commissioner Susan McMillan and supported by Ontario Central East Divisional Commander, Lieutenant Colonel Sandra Rice.
