2012 Jack Delcourt Community Builder Award

To celebrate people who have contributed to helping make the City of Barrie a better, stronger community, and in remembrance of the late Jack Delcourt (Advisory Board Chair), The Salvation Army presented the 2012 Jack Delcourt Community Builder Award to Joe Anderson.
