Our ER Team aspires to be the trusted solutions oriented advisors for all employees and officers in the Ontario Central-East Division.


With over 2,200 employees and officers spanning across approximately 100 Ministry Units in the region, our goal is to evolve our culture, our workforce, and our workplace. We want to foster performance excellence, inspire engagement, and support active learning and accountability to meaningfully advance The Salvation Army’s Mission.

Providing managers and employees with practical solutions to organizational and people challenges is our Employee Relations Mission. Our department exists to enable Ministry Units to attract, retain, develop and reward the best hands with the right heart. We strive to keep the mission alive by bringing competence, passion, and a shared commitment to the values of The Salvation Army in order to serve suffering humanity.
