2011 London Christmas Hamper Program begins

The Salvation Army’s Christmas Hamper program will begin distribution today, Monday December 12.  Anyone wishing to register can visit the Western Fair District Special Events Building from 9:00a.m. – 3:00 p.m. from Monday December 12 – Friday, December 16 or Monday, December 19 .- Wednesday, December 21.

 Each hamper consists of a turkey or chicken and fixings for Christmas dinner, along with gifts for every child younger than 12.

 The Salvation Army anticipates assisting more than 5,000 London household this Christmas including in excess of 7,000 children.
