A Community Decision: Choosing Comfort Together

At our facility, comfort is more than just a feature\u2014it\u2019s a shared value. When the time came to replace our old mattresses, we made a conscious choice to involve the very people who experience their impact daily.

We proudly hosted a Mattress Exhibition, welcoming not only our staff, but also our residents and their family members to take part in the selection process. This inclusive event offered everyone the chance to test, compare, and give valuable feedback on a variety of mattress options.
From caregivers to community members, each perspective brought insight into what truly defines comfort.

Their feedback wasn\u2019t just appreciated\u2014it was essential.
Unlike traditional decisions made solely by departments or management, this exhibition emphasized collaboration and community voice. It reflected our belief that those who live and work in our space deserve a say in shaping it.
