Kettle Kick-Off 2019

Now in its 129th year, the Kettle Campaign is The Salvation Army’s largest fundraising drive of the year – it seeks donations from the public to help assist millions of people living in poverty with the basic necessities of life, such as food, clothing and shelter. We know that one in seven or 4.9 million Canadians are still struggling to make ends meet so there’s still a lot of work to be done.

The 2019 national fundraising goal was $21.6 million.  Last year, The Salvation Army helped over 1.6 million people, providing 3.4 million free meals, assisting 261,000 with Christmas food hampers and toys and over 1.1 million with food, clothing or practical help. This vital campaign transforms the lives of Canadians including helping people find a way out of poverty. We need your help to equip more people to do the same and want you to know that every donation to a Christmas kettle remains in the community in which it was given, in order to help local people in need.

Please help Fill the Kettle in your community.
