The Greater Vancouver Advisory Board recently welcomed Dave Cunningham, Greg Noble and Winnie Leong as members of the Board.

Dave Cunningham, VP Government Relations at TELUS, is responsible for provincial and municipal government affairs in Canada, with a focus on public affairs and business development. With more than 20 years experience in business development and public affairs, he was formerly Director of Communications, and later Chief of Staff, in the Office of the Premier of British Columbia.

Greg Noble is BC Tax Leader and a member of the Canadian Transfer Pricing practice of Ernst & Young LLP. Formerly Canadian National Market Leader for the Transfer Pricing practice, his experience ranges from transfer pricing documentation studies, risk review assessments, planning and benchmarking studies, as well as dispute resolution.

Winnie Leong, Senior Vice-President, B.C. and Yukon Region, Scotiabank, started at Scotiabank in 1976 as a stenographer, transcribing letters and memos for a local branch manager in Vancouver. Made a branch manager in 1995, she became a district Vice-President, responsible for 27 branches in B.C. in 2005.
