The Salvation Army is collecting the discontinued penny over the next few months at 120 of its thrift stores, including stores located in Halton at 420 Main St. in Milton, 82 Mill St. in Georgetown, 3245 Fairview St. in Burlington and 356 Kerr St. in Oakville.
