Salvation Army Provides 100 Meals a Day During Extreme Cold Weather (Video)

In early January, a temporary shelter was established by the city of Toronto due to extreme weather conditions. The Salvation Army was grateful to respond to the call for assistance in providing 100 meals a day for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
