Salvation Army Hits Homestretch for Annual Christmas Kettle Campaign

With Christmas only days away, The Salvation Army is calling on Canadians to help fill the kettle.  With a fundraising goal of $21 million there is still a long way to go.

The Salvation Army will accept donations through Christmas Eve in its iconic red buckets and online kettle.

Mary is among thousands who will receive a Christmas hamper with all the fixings for a turkey dinner, and more.

“Without The Salvation Army and its donors I’d have no dignity, no hope, and no Christmas,” says Mary. “Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
