HOURS: Full Time, Permanent


• Drafts and types correspondence and proofs typing for accuracy for donors.
• Builds and maintains databases in partnership with administrator / volunteer coordinator (e.g. donor contact lists)
• Maintains human resources responsibility, new hires, termination, enter weekly payroll, Keep track of sick days / holidays by recording them manually and entering them into UltiPro Program.
• Opens and distributes in-coming mail and processes out-going mail including materials of a confidential nature; receives parcel(s) and distributes to the appropriate person(s)
• May order all stationery supplies and maintain adequate office supplies, including inventory and other supplies as needed pertaining to donors & different departments of Kamloops Ministries.
• Keeps track of donation letters and tax receipts.
• Prepares and receives all paper work for various projects and processes (e.g. stewardship reports, campaign reports, tithing and other as assigned.
• Receives, tracks, and processes all accounts payable for the section of the office and order desk
• Monitors budgets and refers discrepancies to the supervisor
• Maintains proper work and supports three petty cash for three unites.
• Maintains record keeping and preparation of reports related to resource materials costs, and orders.
• Performs other duties as assigned


• Completion of up to 2 years of Community College
Three to five years of prior related experience, including, experience dealing with office equipment and tools, handling accounts payable, monitoring budgets, and senior administrative/secretarial experience.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
• Certificate in Business Administration
• Certificate First Aid
• Certificate with Non – Crises Intervention would be an asset
