Description

As a Dispatcher you are the first point of contact for our valued donors. This integral role works as a member of the regional team maintaining the donation line and providing superior customer service to donors and the general public. As Dispatcher, you are responsible for booking residential pick-ups and ensuring each donor understands the NRO procedures and standards in a polite and courteous manner. As Dispatch you perform a variety of record keeping functions and ensure accurate communication of information to the Logistics team. Dispatch is responsible for directing incoming calls to the appropriate personnel on a timely basis.

Our ideal candidate will be a customer service enthusiast with a High School diploma and one to two years’ experience in a customer service environment. You possess proven people skills and the ability to communicate professionally. Our ideal candidate is superior communicator who thrives on building relationships while maintaining their composure at all times. You adapt to new processes quickly and are action oriented, with exception time management skills.
