Happy 150th, Canada!

Happy Canada Day! Today we celebrate the 150th anniversary of Canada. We also acknowledge Indigenous peoples who have called this land home for thousands of years. Since 1882, The Salvation Army has had the privilege of serving in Canadian communities from coast to coast to coast. As we commemorate this historic and joyous day, The Salvation Army also shares its ongoing commitment to help end poverty. In such a rich and developed country as Canada, no one should struggle to pay the rent or to put food on the table.
