It’s hard to believe that our annual Supreme Group Salvation Army Golf Classic turned 17 this June! We are so blessed to be supported by such a wonderful and dedicated group of golfers, sponsors, donors, committee members, and volunteers who return every year to make a difference to the people that rely on us.

“We are always so happy to see the returning faces each year,” says Major Al Hoeft, Divisional Secretary for Public Relations. “They are excited to be a part of this tournament, excited to golf here at the Highlands Golf Club, and ultimately, excited to make a real difference.”

This year, the tournament raised an amazing $240,000! Proceeds will be going to our Grace Manor senior’s home – a welcoming and beautiful residence in Edmonton for 100 seniors. Grace Manor will be receiving some necessary renovations and upgrades to increase safety, ease of mobility, and modernity – hopefully including new bath facilities with walk-in tubs. In total, this golf tournament has raised well over $3.5 million for Salvation Army programs in Edmonton, and we are so grateful for all the support we receive – and all the friends we have made along the way.

“The thing that sets this golf tournament apart from other charity tournaments, is the dedication of our sponsors,” Says Major Hoeft. “It is truly amazing to have so many sponsors return each year wanting to be a part of something this special. John and Sally Leder from Supreme Group have really taken this event to another level, and we couldn’t have done it without them.”

Your hard work every year helps Edmontonians in need make a better life for themselves. Thank you for partnering with us, and helping Give Hope Today.
