What an exciting time we had at our 21st Annual Harvest Brunch & Auction on October 4th! More than doubling the amount raised last year, over $80,000 will go to The Salvation Army’s Grace Manor senior’s residence for their Walking Path Project. The 420 metre path will be designed to give residents the ability to enjoy the outdoors safely and securely.

“The Walking Path Project is 70% funded from this year’s event alone,” says Captain Pam Goodyear, Divisional Secretary for Public Relations & Development. “When it’s complete, there is going to be a lot of smiles on our senior’s faces.”

The dedication of our community, our donors, friends, supporters, volunteers, committee members, and sponsors is nothing short of amazing. We want to thank our Harvest Sponsor, James H. Brown & Associates for supporting our event, and also auctioneer Ben Kellert and Emcee Jim Ewing for bringing that extra magic to encourage and inspire the attendees.

Thank you for helping us Give Hope Today with projects like this.

The Harvest Brunch & Auction is an event driven by a committee of volunteers dedicated to helping Salvation Army units in Edmonton.
